Board Certified in Texas family law, Adam has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America (2020 – Present) and as a Texas Superlawyer (2020 – Present), a distinction held by no other family attorney in Montgomery County. He is board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and practices exclusively family law, including child custody and divorce.
Adam has authored and presented many continuing education presentations for The State Bar of Texas – Family Law Section, as well as directed courses in continuing legal education. He has served Texas family law practitioners in several capacities, including as a State Bar of Texas – Family Law Council Member, Director – Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, Member at Large – Standing Committee for Legislation – Texas Family Law Foundation, and as a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Law Specialists.
Adam has served on his local school board as well as in numerous other philanthropic ventures. He has been married to his wife, Kristy, for 17 years, and they have three amazing children.

Kelly, a native Houstonian, has dedicated her career to the practice of family law since being admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2012. Experienced in all aspects of family law, she focuses in high net-worth divorce and contested custody.

Kelly, a native Houstonian, has dedicated her career to the practice of family law since being admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2012. Experienced in all aspects of family law, she focuses in high net-worth divorce and contested custody. She is a certified mediator and a strong advocate.
In 2012, she graduated summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List for six consecutive semesters, she won the Pamela E. George Family Law Award, and she won the CALI (formerly Am Jur) award for earning the highest grades in Constitutional Law, Legal Research and Writing, Evidence, Wills, Trusts, and Estates, and Criminal Law. While in law school, she served as Assistant Managing Editor of the South Texas Law Review, and she competed as an advocate and lead brief writer on a traveling moot court team.
She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2012 and has dedicated her career to the practice of family law. Her clients appreciate her non-judgmental empathy, professionalism, and creative use of both the law and the mediation system to achieve personalized results.
Kelly received her undergraduate degree in both History and German from Trinity University in San Antonio, graduating cum laude after having spent her junior year studying abroad in Munich, Germany. Today, she enjoys living in The Woodlands with her husband, their sons, and two cats.

McKenzie was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2022 soon after her graduation from Baylor University School of Law. At Baylor she participated in the Trial Advocacy Clinic, ABA Negotiation Team, Transatlantic Negotiation Team and Women’s Legal Society.

McKenzie was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2022 soon after her graduation from Baylor University School of Law, where she participated in the Trial Advocacy Clinic, ABA Negotiation Team, Transatlantic Negotiation Team, Women’s Legal Society, Christian Legal Society, and served as both a Baylor Court Barrister and ABA Negotiation Team Assistant Coach.
On the Dean’s List for 6 quarters, McKenzie received the High A in Legislation and Administrative Procedures, Juvenile Justice, and Remedies. While at Baylor, she completed Baylor’s renowned Practice Court-a two-quarter, four course, real-world advocacy, training program.
McKenzie dedicates her career to the practice of both family and child welfare law. Her clients and co-workers appreciate her kindness, empathy, passion, and caring nature.
An Arkansas native, McKenzie received her undergraduate degree in Anthropology, Economics and Religious Studies from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, graduating cum laude after spending several months abroad conducting research for her honors thesis: A Pilgrimage: A Journey into the Modern Memorialization of Anti-Semitism.
She adores her dogs (who are occasionally found lounging around her office), reading the latest bestseller, baking sweets, and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks to victory.
